Readers pick best webcomic: parental guidance is advised

By quite a large margin, Scott Ramsoomair's VG Cats took the top spot in the webcomic wrapup this week -- but is it a love for Valve's amazing game Portal or a fascination with endangered infants that drove our readers en masse to vote?

I thought that VG Cats was a little disturbing this week, but people do love their violence. The cube mobile and the peek-a-boo were a nice touch.

Scott can really knock it out of the park when he does disturbing.

#114, #120, #131, #215 and #222 are all classics in that regard.

I really wasn't a fan of VGCats this time. Or Penny Arcade. None were all out funny, but there were better choices than this.

Course, its probably full of inside portal jokes, that I don't get because I haven't gotten a chance to play it yet.

Am I the only one over this killing babies trend? I get it, it's sinister and scary. Really, it's been like 5 years of jokes about eating babies. I for one am over this trend and ready to move on to something new, how about shooting dogs?

Play Portal. It's awesome, funny, short enough to finish in a sitting or two and Completely Worth It.

This weeks VG Cats is Hilarious because, aside from the violence is completely unrealistic, you have to hear the voice in your head as you read to get the full effect.

Just Do It Damn It.
