Burnout Paradise gets new trailer
If you're like us (and millions in market research says you are) we're going to help you ease the waiting with this new clip from the game. Well, it's a clip of the demo of the game. ... OK, fine, we know it's not super-substantial. But if you're counting the seconds to tomorrow, it may just be the scrap of hope you need to live through the night.

I was about to respond to your obvious flamebait, but instead I'm happy that there's one less moron taking my copy off the shelf.
sinergy @ Dec 12th 2007 11:17AM
and you're just another troll. what's your point?
GRANTED @ Dec 12th 2007 11:59AM

So Gonk finally shows his/her true colors...
for shame...

I'm hoping against hope that Criterion dropped the "EA Trax" nonsense and went back to dynamic soundtracks. Playing B2 and hearing the music go into overdrive when you hit boost is an unmatchable experience.

There's new footage of the Showtime Mode (the new Crash mode):

Car Katamari = dumb
rivaldi22 @ Dec 12th 2007 11:20AM
I have respect for Criterion. Not only do they make the kickass car games, but they also have stuck with their awful stuck-in-the-90s logo.
That's perseverance.

I usually could care less about racing games...Project whata? Gran Turwhonow? But Burnout is amazing fun. Can't wait!
rivaldi22 @ Dec 12th 2007 11:22AM
I prefer Project Gothamajig and Gran Turisimawhat, myself.
But Burnout's delicious, lovely fun cannot be denied.
sinergy @ Dec 12th 2007 11:26AM
I concur. I'm not a fan of traditional racing games. Burnout has always been fun as hell though. Can't wait for the demo tomorrow!!! :D

Sometimes I hate I can only give one negative hit to a comment.

As long as I can take an ice cream truck and ram it into a gas tanker for points, I am there.

Eh, we all have our regrets.
Anyways, advertising is different from spam. You look in a public place, that's advertising. Spam is sent directly to you. Don't see much of a difference between posting a great deal and posting "SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM", as both by most accounts aren't contributing to the said discussion.

I'm a big fan of the Burnout serious, although the more recent interations didn't hold my interest long enough.
